The board of directors recently elected to change property management companies. We are no longer using the efforts of Poudre Property Services and are now doing business with Touchstone Property Management. Touchstone has been active in property management since 1979. For various reasons, we feel that the change will benefit everyone in the community. You should be seeing an introduction letter from Touchstone Property Management soon.
