About Huntington Hills Filing 2
We are a part of the main Huntington Hills subdivision in name only. We use our own property management company (Touchstone Property Management) and we are not paying for use of the Huntington Hills clubhouse and pool. We are a neighborhood of 111 single family homes located East of College avenue between Colby Street and Auburn Drive.
About our association
Who We Are
We are a group of elected neighbors that serve 3 year terms. Per the Association Bylaws, we must have 3 or 5 members at all times.
Meetings
The Association's board of directors holds annual and quarterly meetings that any of the neighbors are welcome to attend. Check your quarterly newsletter for details.
