Parking Problems

There has been some discussion amongst neighbors regarding multi-vehicle parking. The Amended and Restated Declaration Creating Covenants, Conditions, Easements, and Restrictions for Huntington Hills Filing 2 states in Article VIII, Point 8.1(f)(ii): Each Residence shall include at least two (2) completely enclosed and two (2) outside parking spaces within a Lot. Side or rear yard parking is not permitted. Temporary parking shall be permitted on platted roads only in designated areas and may be prohibited from time to time in order to permit the clearance of snow accumulation on and maintenance of the platted road. Given this statement of the two enclosed and 2 outside parking spaces allowed for each residence, please be considerate of your neighbor?’s residential space; park in your own residential space (garage, driveway or in front of your house).
