When summer starts so do various neighborhood problems - namely, tall weeds and grasses, landscaping without ARC approval, trash bins left in plain view, and trailers, campers, and boats stored on or near your property. Please respect your neighbors and your neighborhood by addressing these issues. Failure to comply to City and Association regulations will result in fines. The City of Fort Collins has its own fine structure. However, the Huntington Hills 2 Fine Structure implemented January 1, 2001 is as follows:
1st Notice of Violation: Written warning letter
2nd Notice of Violation: (30 days after written warning letter) $50 fine
3rd Notice of Violation: (60 days after written warning letter) an additional $100 fine
4th Notice of Violation: (90 days after written warning letter) an additional $200 fine
