Huntington Ridge is nestled within the city limits of Loganville, Georgia just east of Atlanta. Huntington Ridge is located close to many nearby stores, restaurants, and other amenities. Making Huntington Ridge a great place to live, work, and play!

Neighborhood Playground Notice:

Many homeowners have voiced their concerns about the lack of homeowner / parental supervisor in the pool and playground area over the past year. Our insurance coverage will not allow unsupervised minors in our association areas. The Board of Director have voted to place “No Trespassing” warning in the playground and pool area. If a Household is not an active member of the homeowners association their children or friends should not be in either area.

A bike rack is placed outside the playground area and no bikes or skateboard will be allowed in either area. The playground will be open from sun up until dark. Any activity on the property after that time will be reported to the police. Any activity after 10:00PM in the pool area will be reported to the police. We are encouraging every homeowner to monitor both areas and report to the police any unlawful activity. Our neighborhood depends upon each homeowner to do their part.

About our association

A Little Neighborhood History

Our neighborhood has been located in Walton County and in the city limits of Loganville from its beginning in 1988. Huntington Ridge has been developed in sections with the last section being completed in 2003. The total number of homes in the neighborhood is around 233. Our neighborhood is a wonderful part of the City of Loganville. Many of the Loganville City officials have lived and continue to live in our neighborhood. Our Homeowners Association has been established over the past 15 years. Today we now have a pool and clubhouse, playground and 17 acres of common land that surrounds our neighborhood.

Huntington Ridge is one of the largest neighborhoods nestled in one of the fastest- growing cities in our state. The City of Loganville is a wonderful place to raise your family and Huntington Ridge Homeowners Association wants to communicate and work with each homeowner to keep it that way. Communication is a key aspect of any community. Through our web site, e-mail and front homeowner information we are improving in this area. Over the past several years our neighborhood has grown into a 233 home community, with a clubhouse, playground and pool. Our Homeowners Association has worked hard to establish a membership level to support and maintain these facilities. Our Association runs through active volunteerism each year. Over the past several years, our Association has sponsored an Easter egg hunt, family chili night, several pool parties and social activities. We meet monthly each second Monday of the month for business and planning. Our meetings are held at our Clubhouse from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Please join us and meet your neighbors at a monthly meeting and the next social events. Plan a neighbor activity at the Clubhouse. Basic membership will allow you to rent the Clubhouse. Day and evening rates are charged to cover expenses.
Regardless of your unique situation we would like for every homeowner to participate in the association to spread the cost of these “valuable-to-all home values” amenities equally.
