The Huntington Ridge Homeowners Association would like to officially welcome each homeowner to our neighborhood and provide everyone with some information about our community.


“Teamwork” is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishment toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.

A Little Neighborhood History

Our neighborhood has been located in Walton County and in the city limits of Loganville from its beginning in 1988. Huntington Ridge has been developed in sections with the last section being completed in 2003. The total number of homes in the neighborhood will be around 233. Our neighborhood has been a wonderful part of the City of Loganville development over these years. Many of the Loganville City officials have lived and continue to live in our neighborhood. Our Homeowners Association has been established over the past 15 years and during the early years went through many challenging situations with the original developer and builders. Like many challenges and experiences will go through in life, memories of broken promises are hard to forget. Our Homeowners Association stood steady through the tough years and continued to work toward getting our promised land. Today we now have a pool and clubhouse, playground and 17 acres of common land that surrounds our neighborhood.
Now our Association can focus on Teamwork. With the major building projects over, we need to work together on planning neighborhood social events, getting newsletter information, and web site development allowing “common people to attain uncommon results”.

Huntington Ridge is one of the largest neighborhoods nestled in one of the fastest- growing cities in our state. The City of Loganville is a wonderful place to raise your family and Huntington Ridge Homeowners Association wants to communicate and work with each homeowner to keep it that way. Communication is a key aspect of any community. Through our web site, e-mail and front homeowner information we are improving in this area. Over the past several years our neighborhood has grown into a 233 home community, with a clubhouse, playground and pool. Our Homeowners Association has worked hard to establish a membership level to support and maintain these facilities. Our Association runs through active volunteerism each year. Over the past several years, our Association has sponsored an Easter egg hunt, family chili night, several pool parties and social activities. We meet monthly each second Monday of the month for business and planning. Our meetings are held at our Clubhouse from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Please join us and met your neighbors at a monthly meeting and the next social events. Plan a neighbor activity at the Clubhouse. Basic membership will allow you to rent the Clubhouse during non- pool season. Day and evening rates are charged to cover expenses.
Regardless of your unique situation we would like for every homeowner to participate in the association to spread the cost of these “valuable-to-all home values” amenities equally.
