Guidelines for Visitors

Welcome to Inlet Beach!

Please be sure to follow our local laws, especially the following:

• NO NOISE AFTER 10 PM (AND BEFORE 7 AM) THAT CAN BE HEARD BY NEIGHBORS, especially music or other noise on porches or in pool area. This applies 7 days a week. (Walton County Code)

• NO FIREWORKS! They are a fire hazard to our homes, including the home you are in, due to dry brush in vacant lots. Florida state law prohibits any fireworks that fly through the air or explode, such as Roman candles, bottle rockets and mortars.

• KEEP YOUR PET ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES! (Walton County Code) Losing your pet on vacation is a bummer, and your neighbors do not appreciate stray dogs on their property.

• DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG(S) TO THE BEACH! Permits are only available to property owners and full-time residents. Dog owners with permits may only take dogs to the beach during restricted hours. (Walton County Code,)

The Walton County Sheriff's Department will be called to enforce any violations of the above, and your rental agency will be notified.
