IMPERIAL RIDGE SUBDIVISION

Welcome to Imperial Ridge subdivision. Located 20 miles north of Houston Downtown, our subdivision was built in 2003. Now fully developed, it is a quiet, multi-ethnic, and hard working community.

Our Subdivision is a walking distance to new Spring ISD schools: Dekaney High School and Carolee Booker Elementery.

IMPERIAL RIDGE HOA

The Imperial Ridge Homeowners Association is a neighborhood chartered in 2003, created to promote a safe and healthy environment and to protect the property values in area compromised of 346 residences.

The IRHOA Board is composed of five directors serving two year terms. They are selected by a Nominating Committe or during a residents meeting. Board members are elected at IRHOA annual meeting.
