Ingram Hills is a designated Neighborhood Conservation District, or NCD-3 meaning there are many homes within Ingram Hills which are historically significant.

This area has a unique country-like character the neighborhood wishes to preserve. Ingram Hills has many large lots and there are no curbs or sidewalks, which gives the area a rural, natural feel while being in the city.
