Minutes of September 29, 2003 Meeting



Opening

The meeting was called to order by Tricia Milliken at 6pm. In attendance were Tricia Milliken, Phyllis Meyer, John Correa, James and Jeanette Eisenhardt, Zulema Pradas and Aziza Demintel.


General Business

Tricia discussed and presented the sign up sheets for the following fundraisers:

Carnival scheduled for October 4th from 6-9:30 pm.
Fantasy Fest Slumber Party

Children’s’ Day, (October 26th) was also discussed and the following was decided:

Zulema will prepare a sign up sheet for the bulletin board
Sale of soft drinks, water, pretzels and basketball toss game
James and Jeanette will provide a tent, cooler and ice for drinks
John and James will coordinate with distributors for prices on pretzels.
Tricia will contact Winn Dixie for donations of soft drinks
Jeanette will be chairperson for this fundraiser.

John Correa reported that December 10th is the tentative date for the Benefit Dinner. There will be two sittings, 5:30-6:00pm and 8:00pm. More details to come.

Tricia adjourned the meeting and the next Booster Club meeting was set for October 27th at 6pm.
