The parking in the street situation is getting out of control. Are we having a multiple family living in a single family dwelling problem. There should be plenty of room for residents and a couple of visitors. I can justify parking in the street for certain occasions ie;party, meetings, RV for a day while loading and unloading for a trip,...... In the street on a daily basis, or even every weekend is too much in my opinion.

What do you suggest

I think there are rules about this for the neighborhood. You should notify the HOA at cwalls@cma-atlanta.com and let them know your concerns.

We do have multiple families living in one house in our neighborhood.

Multiple Families

There is more than one dwelling/house in this neighborhood that has multiple families. However, I'm not sure of the local ordinance on how many people can live in a home.

Many families

I agree that there are many multiple families living in this development. I also agree that we need to establish a HOA board and eliminate the agency.
