While we are just at the infant stage of starting our neighborhood plan, I thought I would toss out the question, "What can we do to upgrade our neighborhood appearance?" With so many new business's entering our area, do you think we should have some input on how they remodel buildings? What style of architecture do you would be best for Jungle Terrace? Many of the buildings on Tyrone Blvd are eyesores. Whether they are torn down or remodeled, do we want to see giant concrete boxes popping up like the new 'style' Walgreens & Eckerds?

Redevelopment on Tyrone

Architetural styles for new and re-modeled comercial buildings seems very important to me. We have so many boxes with huge parking lots and nothing for landscaping.

I would like to see more buildings with character and much more landscaping. Buildings could be closer to the street with more of the parking on the side and the back.
