Kingslane Mobile Home Park was developed in the mid 1960's. It was built in three sections.
The Kingslane Owners Association was established in September of 1971. When the Park was 75% occupied the Association was handed over to the owners by the developer.
The Kingslane Owners Association is responsible for all common area's within the park, the streets,the water system, the sewer system and the RV storage lot.
The Association is made up of 128 owners with a five person Board of Directors responsible for taking care of the Associations business. The Board sets the annual fees to be paid by all owners, prepares an Annual Budget, handles all necessary maintenance, maintains the financial records and makes sure the Association meets all state laws for a Common Interest Community.
