Kirkwood Estates Neighborhood Association
A Southwest Indianapolis Community
Our community is located on the southwest side of Indianapolis just off of Kentucky Avenue (State Rd 67). There are 33 homes within our community.
About our association
K.E.N.A.
Kirkwood Estates Neighborhood Association is a voluntary association. We ask that each property owner pay their annual dues by August 1 of each year. These dues help pay for insurance on our pond, property taxes on a lot owned by KENA, and snow removal are among some the things the dues pay for.
