Low Income Housing?Is it true??

To the person that posted a reply under ''Off Road Vehicles'':
Is your statement regarding low income housing or apartments being built in the vicinity of Miles factual? Ugh! WE DON'T NEED SOMETHING LIKE THAT CONNECTED TO OUR DEVELOPMENT! If it is true, can you provide any details?
childrens home

catholic charities which owns the childrens home on green street owns all of land, is currently trying to sell all of its holdings to a developer who wants to build cheap town houses or apartments on all of it. better to have dirt bikes isnt it.
Children's Home

The ultimate disposition of the property is immaterial. As was accurately identified, the property referenced is private property owned by subidiaries of the Archdiocese of Wilmington. Why do we think that we have any right to the use of that property especially with dirt bikes that are very destructive to any property? Delaware State Code Title 21, Chapter 68 clearly indentifies the laws regarding use of off-road vehicles - the primary one requiring permission from the owner of said property, noise level restrictions, etc. The Children's Home, Inc has requested law enforcement intervention to protect their property. I know that all of us want our children (and ourselves) to respect both the rights of others, their property and the law. I certainly don't begrudge the children having or using these vehicles (as a child, I would very much have enjoyed having one), but there are appropriate and safe places for their use and residential areas are generally not one of those places.
