Kort Springs Homeowner Association

The Association exists to benefit the individual residential property owners by upholding the Deed of Restrictions and maintaining HOA property.  Annually, a Board of Control is elected which now consists of five volunteers.  This Board collects a required annual dues fee to pay for the street lights, mowing grass of the common areas, insurance, legal issues, other needed maintenance, and administrative costs.  To contact a Board member with a concern please see the contacts page or go to the new website (see below) for a full list of Board members.
