Procomm Problems?

I am the current VP of the HOA.  I will get this issue taken care of.  I cannot and will not guarantee that it will be in your favor... but I can guarantee I will look into it within the next week.

 

I would like to let you know that Sylvia is out of office due to injury.  You should be able to contact Maryanne Brown regard to this until Sylvia gets back in office.

 

Here is what I will definately say:  Please email me the address and I will find out any and all info.

the management company has changed but believe it or not, the communication has INCREASED!!!

Like you I have experienced problems with Procomm.  In the world of do it faster and get worse customer satisfaction Procomm has won the prize.   I had issues and did finally receive satisfaction.  I got the President of the board involved and she got people jumping.   I can only recommend you use whatever tools you have to make people earn what we are paying them to do. 

 

It does seem that whatever management company we use- we get poor service.  

 

I did finally get my problem solved after a good month-and-a-half of trying to get someone to return my phone calls. They told me the problem was solved. I have yet to receive a new statment, so I can't yet confirm if the error was corrected. I feel we are probably paying a lot for poor service. I'm not sure how much of a benefit ProComm provides.
