Lake Euclid Neighborhood Association

Can anything be done about the abundance of very loud music in our neighborhood. As I am typing this, I am listening to music from 28th or 29th. Ave. N. and I live on 27th. Ave. N. The bass is so loud that it vibrates pictures on my walls. I also have the same problem occasionally from my next door neighbors. It somethimes shound like the music is in the same room with me.

This is also a big problem with cars driving on 20th. St. N. Am I the only peroson with this problem? I realize that I a middle aged, and there are a lot of very young people moving into the more transient properties of the neighborhood. I do not like sounding like a old fogie, and do still remember when I was once your, but we did not play our music with the base so loud that it shook foundations.

If I am the only person having this problem, I will consider myself an old fogie, and shut up. If others are experiencing this problem, is there anything we can do?

P.S. It has just started next door, so I am now getting it from two directions.

I have heard that music coming form that direction . I live on 27th avenue. I went to a neighborhood meeting held every 2nd MOnday. they had a crime watch meeting also. The police officer for our area was made aware of it. When you hear the loud music there is a nuisance line a personcan call or the mayors action line.

i too live on 27th and have heard the loud music.
There is a neighborhood crimewatch meeting that takes place every 2nd monday of the month...
The police officer tht paatrols the neighborhood is present adn you can alert him to this sort of nuisance.
there is also a mayors action line and nuisance line that the police seem to respond to...you have to give it time..but if you show up at the meeting you can get all the numbers and start the process to quiet the area...i have farther down on 28th and it helped alot.
