The Association was started in 1972. The Board of Directors consists of seven members, all volunteers. It is the job of the Board to attend to the business matters of the Association and to appoint members to the various committees that are the life blood of the Association. The board is structured by committees. There are nine committees made up of board members and other volunteers from the community. Their duties are to oversee the maintenance and use of the various amenities of the neighborhood as well as helping to insure that the quality of life for the residents is maintained.
