How do I reserve the Clubhouse?

There is a $40 user fee, and a $300 deposit.
The process:
Call Ben & Carol and set/confirm date.
The day, or day before use, pick up key, review & sign contract, and deliver the $40 & $300 checks.
After you use the Clubhouse, you are obligated to clean thoroughly.
Ben & Carol will inspect the clubhouse before the deposit is returned.
Arrange to return key, and receive deposit check.
Clubhouse Contract (Signature required to rent Clubhouse)
