Neighborhood Watch

We are the Neighborhood Watch committee for Lake Wildwood.  

We are a totally volunteer group.  With your help and participation, we can take back our community.  It's as simple as meeting your neighbors and keeping an eye out for each other.  If you notice any suspicious activity, do not hesitate to call the Bibb Co Sheriff Department.  While we would like for you to attend the monthly meetings, it's not mandatory.

Residents

Feel free to join our Block Captain program.  If you choose not to join, please consider the following:

Get to know your neighbors.  Find out their work hours, types of cars, phone numbers, emergency contacts, etc.  Watch out for those that live around you, and encourage your neighbors to do the same.  Consider installing motion lights at the rear of your home, landscape lighting around your home, a latch of some type at the top of each door, and longer screws in each door lock strike plate.  When school is "in", watch for truancy. When school is "out", watch for suspicious activity.  

Encourage your neighbors to do their part in helping us reduce the crime rate in our community. If we all work together as a team, there is nothing we can't do!  Each person is important no matter how big or small their contribution may seem!
