Annual dues to the Lancashire Civic Association are $20/year and collected by your Area Director. This money pays for snow removal, newsletters, various events (including Halloween parade, yard sales, Santa's visit), lighting, etc.

There is a general meeting held in May each year at the Lancashire Elementary school. However, should any issues arise, residents are welcome to contact their Area Director or any member of the Executive Board for assistance. The Executive Board and Area Directors meet monthly to discuss issues and plan activities for the community.
