Lancashire Civic Assn.

Membership Dues

What do your LCA Membership Dues Pay for?

Dues remain at $20.00 per house annually and are collected each year by your Area Director.

Dues are used to pay for sign lighting at the entrances of Inwood Road and Lancashire Drive and a light at the rear of the community in Harvey Mill Park. Dues pay for snow plowing and salt spreading during the winter and for various children's and community activities including the Halloween Parade, Easter Egg Hunt, Santa's Visit, advertising 2 community yard sales, and printing of the community newsletter, The Lancashire Log.

Your dues are also used to pay for the operations of the Lancashire Civic Association, Inc (LCA). LCA is a legal non-profit corporation which must pay annual corporate fees, file an income tax return, and carry liability insurance. No Lancashire resident home owner holding elective office, nor any member of the Board of Area Directors receives any compenstaion.
