It seems the young teens boys are getting more destructive each year at the
"dirt trail" part of the park. (in back of 2244 Inwood Rd)

New Castle County added & evened out the dirt, also they picked up the trash about 5weeks ago. Already there are new holes and trash thrown into the tributaries adjoining the main stream. There are also burnt trash & trees.  2 bikes have been torn into pieces  & thrown around. At one time they were building a teepee for a bonfire. I called NCC Special Svcs & they came out the next day to take it away. Each time I take my dogs to the park, my doggie bags get filled with garbage the kids left. Dad's, if you are missing shovels it's because they were left by a teen at the dirt trail & we picked it up to toss into the garbage.

I agree that there is a couple groups of teen boys doing this. There has been a lot of car break-ins, cars being egged, kids damaging the tennis courts, etc.
