Has anyone in Lancashire determined if the building at the corner of Naamans and Marsh Rds. ( former Claymont Fire substation #31 ) , open for business - that of
responding to emergency calls with apparatus 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year? Is the station just "window dressing" , or a viable station?
