The Langstrom Court Townhome Association assumed responsibilities in 2006. We’re a small community of homeowners. Together we desire to create a friendly neighborhood, and a great place to live.

Conveniently Located

Langstrom Court is conveniently located. We are (less the 2 miles) from downtown Naperville’s shops and restaurants. Walking distance access to the popular Riverwalk. Close by McDowell Grove Forest Preserve is also available for recreational hikers, cross-country skiing, bicycling, fishing, boating, picnicking and includes more than 7 miles of trails that meander through this 439-acre preserve and ultimately connects to the Illinois Prairie Path.

Langstrom Court residents are also close by to the large number of retail merchants and restaurants along Rt. 59. Including the largest enclosed shopping center in western DuPage, Westfield Fox Valley.

Welcome to Langstrom Court!

Whether you're new to Langstrom Court or one of the original residents, this Web site will hopefully offer you some valuable information regarding living in our neighborhood.

Our Brief History

Langstrom Court sales began in late summer of 2004. It's rare to find new construction in this highly coveted area of Naperville, north of 75th Street and away from heavy traffic on Route 59. Langstrom Court is set in one of the best locations in town — within the widely acclaimed 203 school district and just minutes from downtown Naperville. As a new community there are lots of things we hope to accomplish. Most importantly, developing a reputation as a neighborhood that’s always friendly and a great place to live.
