Development of Laurel Hill
The land was purchased from Jewell Culler in July of 1987. After several years of planning the first lots were sold in 1990. The street names are named for 18th Century Plantations on or near the Edisto River which was spelled Eddisto.
About our association
Laurel Hill
The affairs of the Association shall be governed by a Board of Directors composed of five persons elected by a majority vote of the membership, all of whom must be members of the Association or officers, partners, agents, representatives or employees of the Developer.
Board meetings are held at least quarterly. Dates and times for these meetings will be listed on the community calender on this website. All Laurel Hill homeowners are welcome to attend any scheduled board meeting. Please contact Cedar Management Group (877- 252-3327) or any board member with your concerns prior to attending the meeting.
