There was an attempted breakin at 208 Annandale Circle early this morning. The authorities were called but the burglers fled. The description of the suspects are as follows: 2 large African Americans (one is very tall, approx. 6'6"). The suspects were driving a dark color/Gray Ford Focus.
Be on the look out for your and your neighbor's properties. Call 911 if you see anything suspicious.
It would be helpful also to notify Synergy or a LH HOA Board member.

Correction: the attempted breakin took place at 211 Annandale Circle. This was the second attempted breakin/disturbance at this location. The first distrubance resulted in 1 person being arrested. It appears the other fled on foot before being pulled over at or near the entrance. It is believed that the car used in both incidents was the same. Again, the car is dark in color (perhaps grey) Ford and either a Focus or Taurus (older and somewhat beat up).
Video footage of the car is being turned over to the Sheriff's Office.

It has been reported that the catalytic converter was stolen off of the homeowner's car on the night of the attempted breakin 4/10/13. |
