Please be advised that the amendment to increase the annual dues fro $200 to $250 was approved.
Thus, we are now able to move forward with the fence project. Synergy will: contact the contractor and secure the exact cost as well as the projected beginning and completion dates; contact the bank to close on the loan; contact the contractor about the removal of the few trees at the entrance and the painting of the signs; and contact the contractor to coordinate the lightscape project once the fence is installed.
Also, we will research the security measures as discussed at the meeting last evening.
As you can see there is lots of work to be done and it is the HOA Board's desire to have it completed as quickly as possible. We will update via this website and post info on the sign at the entrance periodically.
