Last night at the second annual meeting, the homeowners voted to remove the 2013 Admendment which raised the annual dues to $250; thus, the dues for 2014 are $200. If you paid $250, Cedar Management Group will credit your 2015 dues $50 or you may contact them to request a refund of the overpayment. There # is 704-644-8808.
