Hi everyone,
I'm sorry that my first post is about something unsettling, but nevertheless: we moved into the back corner of this subdivision about 2 months ago, in the cul-de-sac that is the corner of Cold Harbor Avenue and Irish Bend (which technically may not be in Legacy Pointe, but in the smaller Legacy Heritage; being new, I'm not sure if we are separate from Legacy Pointe). Last night, someone stole one of two fertilizer spreaders I had in the back of my truck. This is what it looks like: catalog.ehgriffith.com/images/HVO.jpeg
Are there any security cameras in the neighborhood? Has anyone seen this item about? If you have any information, please call me, Jamey Hall, at 479-502-2893. I am offering a reward, and will keep all information confidential. These spreaders list for over $500, so I would be very happy to get it back!
Truthfully, I was pretty shocked that this happened in this neighborhood, especially where we are: NO ONE seems to ever come back here, and it has been blessedly quiet. Is this sort of thing common here? Have others suffered theft? I saw a sign out front that says we have "24 hour surveillance"; what does this mean, exactly?
Thanks for your help!
