About our association

Les Chateaux Past to Present

Les Chateaux was first built as apartments in the early 1960's. This property was built by developer I.C. Deal. The Deal's developed many properties during that time. It has been told that Les Chateaux was home to many airline employees during the 60's, as Love Field was the major airport for Dallas/Fort Worth. Les Chateaux joined many other apartment communities of the day when it converted to condominiums in the early 1970's. The property boasts a New Orleans flair, has two pools, on-site laundry facilities, assigned parking (some covered), lots of trees and nicely landscaped.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The association is governed by an elected Board of Directors. There are five directors that serve two-year terms. The elections are held during the Annual Meeting of the Homeowners Association held the last Sunday of January.

MANAGEMENT

We are self managed as we do not contract out to any outside person or firm. However, we have an employed manager who answers directly to the Board of Directors. The on-site manager is Terry Moore. Mr. Moore holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation. The office is located at 5016 Les Chateaux Dr. 137.
