Parking WOES!!

Parking is always an issue here at Les Chateaux due to the lack of an abundance of parking spaces. Please use your parking space. Remember, when you park in a visitor space you are taking up two spaces. Visitors cannot park in your vacant assigned, reserved space, so in reality you are taking up two spaces.

Lets make a habit of parking in assigned spaces and allow visitors ample room to park. Even if there are no visitors, it is always nice to know that when we do have guests there will be a place for them to park.

Parking in a visitor space will be permitted to load and unload, but we must ask that this be restricted to no more than a half hour period. With everyones cooperation, the parking problem will be a thing of the past. While I do not expect the parking to be perfect at all times, we can strive to do our own individual parts to maximize the parking.
