The office will now be located in Unit 137 (5016). A new post office box has also been utilized for those who wish to send in payments by mail. That address is:

All payments for maintenance fees should be made payable to Les Chateaux Condominium Association. There will be no coupons issued. Your unit number will be your account number. This number should be put on all payments. So far, there has been very little confusion. For those that were thrown off by the conversion to self-management, all late fees are being waived for February. It is hoped that all owners will have a better handle on this issue for future payments.
