Liberty Glen Amenities is an Indiana non-profit corporation established pursuant to its Articles of Incorporation as filed with the Indiana Secretary of State, its Code of By-Laws, and incorporated in connection with the Amended and Restated Joint Use and Maintenance Agreement ("Joint Use Agreement"), dated June 15, 1994, and recorded in the Marion County Recorder's Office on November 22, 1994, as Instrument No.1994-0173836. The Liberty Creek South, Liberty Creek North and Stratford Glen Home Owners Associations are members of Liberty Glen Amenities.
Liberty Glen Amenities is located at 5929 Vicksburg Dr., Indianapolis, IN 46254.
The amenities include a clubhouse that can be rented. See the "Pages & Links" section of this website for the rental agreement.
The pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Registration is required, but entrance is free to homeowners and renters. Guests are welcome for a small fee payable at the gate.
The tennis court, picnic area, ponds and playgrounds are available for use and are open dawn to dusk.

Note:
Use of Liberty Glen Amenities is contingent on homeowners' being up to date with their homeowner association assessments.
Each of the three neighborhood associations nominates two members of their homeowner's association board to serve as the Board of Directors for Liberty Glen Amenities, Inc. The board hires a property manager (currently PMI/Meridian Management) to solicit bids for contracts (pool and grounds maintenance, neighborhood security firm, etc.), pay bills and for other services.
