Litchfield Homeowner's Association
Our Neighborhood
Litchfield is a friendly, quiet and cozy neighborhood in south Tulsa. It's single entrance is off Delaware Avenue at 82nd St, immediately east of the 60 story Cityplex office tower. Most homes were built in the early to mid-1990's and range in size from 2,000 to 4,000 square feet. There are 75 homes and a few undeveloped lots.
