I just heard that our development group broke the contract with Greenscapes and went with some else to take care of our neighborhood.

If I heard correctly Bloom & Things is the company they went with. Big Mistake!! They can't even keep their own property looking nice.  We used them for 1 summer & my yard was awful.

Thanks to GreenScapes  (and D. Hurst & C. Brands for power seeding) my yard is finally recovering.

Greenscapes did a wonderful job on the entrance & common land, all year long.  LSF has always been known for our beautiful entrance.

Way to go LSF developers - other decision made that will hurt the sales.

No Doubt!  That coupled with the people that don't take care of their own yards - we could certainly have a few edging and weed removal classes for the neighbors too!  A couple of years from now we won't see the sidewalks in some areas!

I agree, we should hold ourselves to the same high standards that we are holding our developers.  Our yards should reflect the same quality as we have seen with Green Scapes.  Edging should be required!  Also, I think the empty lots should be seeded and maintained as if they were a common area until the lot is purchased.  If you have one of these close to your lawn it can make it hard to keep the weeds out and they look abandoned! Please :-))))

I am fairly new here but I agree.  If we are paying these high neighborhood association fees I think we should have some kind of say about what goes on in our neighborhood.
