The Civic Association gives this community a unified voice when dealing with concerns and complaints not handled by the Maintenance Corp (BC Consulting). For example, the Civic Association has petitioned the county to remedy flooding on route 9 during the rainy season and request to widen the right-turn lane at Llangollen Blvd and route 13. These are issues the Maint Corp will not address. As the surrounding communities grow more issues could arise.
