Where is LNC?

Louisville Nature Center is lcoated at 3745 Illinois Avenue. We are just of north of Trevilian Way across from the Louisville Zoo and behind the Louisville Tennis Center.

When is LNC open to the public?

Louisville Nature Center is open Monday through Saturday from 9am until 4pm. Our bird blind is also open on Sundays from 10am until 1pm.

Beargrass Creek State Nature Preserve is always open to the public. LNC is the steward of this state nature preserve and provides trail maps to the public. If you are interested in volunteering to help with our stewardship program, you should consider joining us on the 4th Saturday of each month from 9am until 1pm for Volunteer Day in the Preserve.
