Lower Downtown District, Inc.
Welcome to Lower Downtown! Thank you for coming to Denver's oldest and newest neighorhood, the Lower Downtown Historic District. Created by an act of city council in 1988, "LoDo" as it's known to locals, is home to some three dozen art galleries, more than 50 restaurants, dozens of shops and clubs, over 500 urban loft-dwellers-and it now boasts the most popular next neighbors in the city, Elitch's and the Colorado Rockies.
