LDDI BOARD RETREAT

Early on the Saturday morning of August 19, LDDI Board Members gathered
for a planning session focusing on the organization?’s future.

Year 2000 has turned out to be a time of change for LDDI and discussions
at the meeting were devoted to where that change will take us in 2001.

LDDI?’s future success depends on member participation to help accomplish
a growing list of action items. The Board plans to encourage member
activity by offering a well-defined understanding of what LDDI means to
them and their community.

Adoption of the Neighborhood Plan by Denver?’s City Council is just the
beginning of improvements to traffic, parking and neighborhood planning
that calls for all of us to play a part.

The Board would like to invite all of our members to get involved in the
changes ahead by joining one or more of the many committees working
toward the continued success of our neighborhood.
