Use Of Vehicle Decals (Help Keep Lydia Estates Secure):

Based on a vote of the homeowner's, every homeowner is strongly encouraged to purchase vehicle decals ($3.00 per vehicle) for Lydia Estates. If you need an application form, you may first look in the literature box beside the bulletin board. If a form is not there, contact the Decal Coordinator (Note: in the future, you may be able to print the form from the web site). You will need to know each vehicle's license number, VIN, year, make, model and color. WHEN DISPOSING OF A VEHICLE, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO SCRAPE THE OLD DECAL FROM THE WINDOW & TO NOTIFY THE COORDINATOR.
The decal program is part of a more complete program of security awareness and security cooperation amongst neighbors. Other parts include informational tips, free security home inspections, neighborhood watch program, and cameras.
Note: The decal is applied to the outside of the rear window (bottom/left corner -- driver's side): (1) Clean the area for the decal; (2) slowly separating the two pieces of paper, ensure that the decal remains on the thinner layer of paper; (3) Apply the decal to the window with the design's two larger loops to your right and the smaller loop to the left. (4) Repeatedly press and smooth out the decal against the window using a putty knife, credit card or similar flat object; (5) Remove the thin layer of paper leaving the design (decal) on the window.
