It is techically true that the Kentucky Constitution does not provide for recall; however, it does provide for a process whereby citizens can extend initiative to recall of public officials.

I'm glad you're amused.  However, just because something has always been done a certain way, doesnt' mean it's right.  Maybe it's time to do it better and differently.  Residents have a right to review and question where their tax money is being spent.

As for "recall" Everyone's replaceable

"think he is doing a good job"  why settle for GOOD.  He should be doing a GREAT JOB.

And there's always room for improvement!

If a resident ask to see the budget, before or after, at any given time it should be supplied to them.  End of Story

There is just absolutely no excuse for the proposed  budget not being posted.  It would be no less demeaning had Larry spit in our faces.

And, by the way, I am a male for the benefit of the person who mocked us for asking for transparency in Bellemeade City Government.  Sir, we all know it has always never been published.  We also know that some expenditures of money were passed over the objection of a LARGE number of people who DID COME TO A MEETING and voice their disapproval (so much for the trite,"come to the meetings if you want to be heard.").

I ran for a commissioner spot and came in a very close 5th.
