Clergy and congregation members in Southfield are inviting the community to a service of prayer and reconciliation on Wednesday, November 26 at 6:30 pm at Hope United Methodist Church, where Rev. Cornelius Davis, Jr. is the pastor, 26275 Northwestern Highway, Southfield, MI. We will pray for peace and reconciliation following developments in Ferguson, Missouri.
The prayer service will take place in the main sanctuary of the church, childcare is provided. Participating Southfield congregations include St. David's Episcopal Church, Northwest Unitarian Universalist Church, Hope United Methodist Church, First Baptist Church of Detroit, Peace Lutheran Church, Church of the Transfiguration Catholic Church, Immanuel Lutheran Church, and Covenant Presbyterian Church
