The "Manchester Village Homes" consists of 51 individual homes. Each home in Manchester Village has its own lot, owned by the homeowner in fee simple title. The Association holds title to the real property (common grounds) not included in individual lots. Construction of homes started in 1987 by Frontier Midwest Home Joint Venture.
The Association contracts for grounds care, snow removal, and trash pickup. The Association is governed by a set of rules and regulations.
