The community park is private and reserved for residents only. The park is heavily wooded and has walking rail, benches and picnic garthering places. Nearby Thomas Jefferson park features lakeside pagolas, children areas and open lawn.

Mandalay Place is a residential community within the Las Colinas master planned community located in Irving, Texas. Owners at Mandalay Place enjoy private street access along with walking and biking paths, picnic area. Playground and other amenities maintained and provided for members of the Mandalay Place at Las Colinas Homeowners Association, Inc., as well as full enjoyment of the amenities and recreational facilities also available to them as members of the Los Colinas master association.
