Mansion Farm

Is there an update on whether there were enough returns on this (I beleive it has to be 2/3) to change the deed restrictions?

I already saw some people in Mansion Farms have put up Solar Panels and the Vinyl Fences not in the back yard but in the front........

I know that there were not enough replies as of Friday.  Is this a violation of the deeds, at least with the fencing (I understand the solar panels could be a state / federal issue)?

Technically what is in front of the house is not a fence... it's handicapped accessable rail.  It's already been brought up to the board, where we as the homeowners have explained to them what our needs were for putting that in.  It was in no way meant to be a "fence".  There are no federal regulations that require anything for homeowners when it comes to handicapped accessible rails/ramps, so this is what we choose to put in. 

And from what most of the neighbors surrounding us remember, what was there before was quite the eye sore... and we have been told by many of the neighbors how glad they are that we have cleaned that area up and made it more appealing.
