What about fences?  How is it that they were able to gain 2/3 approval for solar panels but not for the fences?

How about we stop running illegal elections.  The deed restriction you keep tauting are very clear on how elections are to be held.  Also it is high time after 10 years of being complete building in this development the RC Peoples stop play god the making rules.  When I contact the State about this their recommendation was if the try or don't stop this pratices take them to Court!

For those of you that are interested, there are people who currently have solar panels installed with electric bills of less than $25/month during the summer.  Mine runs a little higher due to our pool.
