New signs will help us to distinguish
Marlborough Mesa from other subdivisions
next to us. Since 1982, I have worked to give Marlborough Mesa a name with the REALTOR community. It's time to show the public what a real community can do together. My goal is to be able to say to buyers "I'd like to show you a home in Marlborough Mesa, and I think you will be pleased", and have signs showing where we are. It's important to a neighborhood to show pride of ownership to increase property values and sales when comparing to adjacent
subdivisions and areas. So, SHOW OFF A LITTLE!
