Pride and Committment

What an effort on behalf of all the concerned owners of this neigborhood!
The comittment to pride for our Marlborough Mesa area is inspiring to see.Having lived in many different neigborhood- I find no other compares to the unity-commroderie-pride and old fashioned "good ole" neighbors!
I applaud everyone who is committed to making and maintaining Marlborough Mesa as the place to live and raise a family!
"COMMITTMENT TO PRIDE"- enough said!

Pride in the Neighborhood

I think one important item to add to the pride of our neighborhood is the fact that the large majority of homeowners keep their property in very fine shape.
Most people have added new roofs, block fences (many grouped together and had them done at the same time), painted their homes, and keep their landscaping very nice. This shows the overall pride that the neighbors display in Marlborough Mesa Subdivision.

I don't know HOW this question slipped by me BUT it DID! Sorry, although I know we have talked, here it is in print!

Marlborough is NOT an Association and never will be. This is simply FREE money that the City of Mesa has for neighborhoods like ours if WE care enough to apply for it AND if WE care enough to "put a little" ($5,$10,$15) of our own money to SHOW our support to them.

This can ONLY better our neighborhood and does not have a downside, as the signs will be made of metal with a powercoat, so there will be virtually NO maintenance (unless vandalism).
